I believe this is Hentzia palmarum - a sub-adult female. The robust leg I shows some pigmentation. Images from video - See:

Now I'm not sure . . .
After receiving a comment from someone who knows a lot more about salticids than I do and suggesting this may be H. mitrata, I look forward to additional input. I will put the video up on my site as Hentzia sp.
