Halloween Pennant? - Celithemis eponina - Male

This beauty posed for me on a dried flower head. I didn't even have to move the camera. I just took a shot and it would move, giving me a new angle. Can anyone confirm ID. I really don't know my dragonflies. Also, is there anyway to determine gender?
