Okay, I know nothing about damselflies. Forktails perhaps? Can someone please help with ID?

Should be Eastern by location. The male also appears to be lacking the spots on the prothorax that Paulson (
1
) lists as a way of separating from Western (Western has them, Eastern doesn't).
