Size: ~20mm wingspan
The very pale (and plain) underside hindwing in the thumbnail link makes me think this may be a Painted Crescent, but it doesn't look quite right for that. There were several in this spot, but it may not be the same individual, so I will not link the images. This image shows the top of one of them.
