mole cricket, Family Gryllotalpidae
I'm not sure which species occur in Ohio. I can see by the map data, that the Northern Mole Cricket - Neocurtilla hexadactyla is a possibility. Maybe somebody can sort it out for sure. Here's a link for general info on the mole crickets, Family Gryllotalpidae
