Found in my flower bed. I'm assuming it's related to the Hornworm Caterpillars as it has the "horn" on the back end

totally cool
wish it was in my garden! I plant specifically to attract certain species... including hornworms. I tell my friends that I have lots of "sacrificial plantings" for the caterpillars to eat.

youre right it is in the sphinx family..its Tersa Sphinx - Hodges#7890 (Xylophanes tersa)lucky you to see such a thing..
