I think clarus is correct
but I'm not sure if it's a female as you currently have it marked. Did you get any other shots of the palps.

I have a total of 4 images. I've added 100% crops of each. If my supposition about gender is wrong, I'll change it. I think the last image (peering over the bee box edge) might show male palps.

Suspicions confirmed...
Cool, this would be a subadult male then, which means he will be an adult after his next molt. I'll frass a few, move the rest, and let you take care of the sex-change operations.

BTW, thin palps wouldn't necessarily make it a female, it would just mean that we could rule out 'adult male' and 'subadult male'. For the younger instars the palps are usually identical between genders.
