Not so sure.
The apparent orange spots on the wings suggest Entypus unifasciatus. This is a male specimen in any event.

Added another photo. I think you may be right, but the spots aren't nearly as apparent as in some examples.

Yes, quite peculiar. Now I'm wondering if it is even an Entypus. I'm pretty certain it is, but maybe you should elevate the images to the genus until one of our spider wasp experts visits again?
