#322282 Identification – Climacia areolaris
Identification

Species?
From other sources, C.areolaris is apparently the predominate species in the SE. The pattern on my specimen matches the other C. areolaris but not some of the other Climacia specimens. Is this, indeed, a C. areolaris?

Not lacewing:-)
This is a "spongillafly." Must be the time of year for them, we had another posted a couple days ago. Oh, and this should not be confused with "Godzillafly," aka "Mothra." :-)
