This is a female Two-spotted tree cricket...
The male does not have that striking pattern on the wings/abdomen. You most certainly hear these tree crickets singing in the evening, it's a long trill with short pauses in between.

If I'm not mistaken, this one is female. Usually the male have broader wings. I'm not sure which one this is. I just saw one the other day too. It looks pretty distinct, so maybe somebody can provide a more specific ID.
