The antennae are much longer than the picture shows.

A guess
Looks to me like a washed-out ermine moth, e.g. Atteva.

looks to me to be a caddisfly, perhaps in the family Leptoceridae

 
I agree
on caddisfly, and probably Leptoceridae; shot a similar one a couple of weeks ago. Yours looks similar to the photo here but unfortunately it's unidentified beyond family
