Idiolispa aestivalis
or
analis analis
. The width of the temple in comparison to the eye is one of the characters that is used to distinguish the two, but the position of the foreleg makes it difficult to assess that.

Thanks, Ross. I had thought that the oviposter, being so short, was possibly a stinger. The ichneumons I have seen before have such long oviposters that I wasn't sure of even that. Great to get subfamily!! I moved and updated to female.

Gelinaeā¦
Fits females in this ichneumon wasp subfamily including a pentagonal wing areolet, a depressed abdomen, an exerted ovipositor about half the length of the abdomen, a visible sternaulus and epicnemial carina, and a propodeum that is slender basally and expanded apically with longitudinal carina. All can be seen in these images. Great set of photos guys.
See reference
