Please Help Identify - Is this a Beetle? - Leptoglossus occidentalis

Size: 2-3 cm
It's kind of hard to make out from the photo, but this bug was light brown with spots on its back - it was very slow and methodical in its motion - it had long (~1 cm) antennae.

Leaffooted Bug
Compare with the Western Conifer Seed Bug. I think these are really interesting bugs to photograph.
