The anteriorly curving M vein and color pattern/form nail this one down (or at least something close to this genus).

 
I have this as Graphomya amer
I have this as Graphomya americana now.

A shot in the dark
To me, it looks like a sarcophagid, but I am not well-versed in the calyptrate flies.
