Size: 1/2in
Not the best shot. I only got to take 2 pictures (both blurry) before a wolf stepped into the picture and the spider wisely disappeared.

my first Lynx spider
I love this site! I had absolutely no idea what spider this was so I did a search on "striped spider" and came up with the lynx spiders as a good fit. If it does get ID'ed as a striped lynx, it'll be a first for Indiana.

yes, a Lynx Spider, maybe Striped Lynx
I think that might be the striped lynx spider, Oxyopes salticus.
Let's wait for confirmation though just to be safe.
