These were all over leaves on a maple tree. I think the white things are eggs too. Very curious about this

I just never get tired of seeing hatchling stink bugs!

Stinkbugs: eggs and hatchlings. There are many species of these, and for most the research hasn't been done that would enable species ID from the look of the hatchlings. Another possibility is shield-backed bugs, which are close relatives.
