Agreed.
There are only four duskwings listed for VA at
butterfliesandmoths.org
, so I gave a look. (By way of comparison, there are a dozen in TX and only a couple here in southern California.)

Looks good to me
Thanks guys. I checked Butterflies of the Carolinas and Virginias http://www.rlephoto.com/ and he lists a few more but the time of year seems to limit it to Horace's as opposed to Juvenal's.
This does raise the question as to why 2 species of american duskywings are named after 1st century Roman poets?
