Large moth! Stayed very still while we took pictures. It was on my hay barn under the dusk-to-dawn light, which was off at the time of the photo.

they are confused by light an
they are confused by light and they dont hunt..these big moths do not feed living only to mate lay eggs and die.

Honey, I don't suppose we're supposed to turn this into a chat room, but - I love the moth and I love the fact of a hay barn. And the sense and sound of a dawn to dusk light is lovely, too :0)

 
Moth
The light is on from dusk to dawn, so I guess the moths love to hunt around it! Wish I knew what it was!
