My batting Average on Wasps IDs isn't very good , but this one does look like the Philanthus gibbosus photos . Please confirm .

Dear Paul: please make sure to move your pix from ID Request once a satisfactory ID has been obtained -- otherwise they clog the ID Request, which is why most experts are reluctant to ever go there

I'm happy to remove my images once they are Identified. I wasn't aware that the amatuers could move photos around . Can you tell me quickly how to remove a photo from ID request ? Thanks for all your recent Ids. Paul

what you have is a fine picture of a wasp in the family Tiphiidae, genus Myzinum. female.
