May be a wolf spider.
There is one genus of wolf spider, Sosippus, that spins funnel webs like this. They eye arrangement on the facial portrait (great image!) also looks more like a lycosid than an agelenid. I'd opt for Sosippus, but I'd appreciate second opinions!
