Size: body about 15 mm
Came to garage light; I'm not sure where to place this in the Guide.

Crane Fly
Female of Pedicia subgenus (Tricyphona), aquatic predacious species. There are five to six species in this group and it is hard to tell them apart without male specimens. Check PA crane fly website for the species list under "Habitat - Aquatic" - Chen
