Thats a male. Probably V. consobrina but it could be D. adulterina so I would wait for another opinion.

Nice find!!! I still have not been able to even catch a sight of one of these. Although Carbon County is east of me...

Thanks! I have 2 different specimens here. Maybe the other might be helpful-I took many more photos. These guys are fairly large 18 mm was the larger of the 2. Does size help?
