Found dangling (and dead) from a cobweb. Removed and placed on ground to photograph. Wings not clear, so unsure if it is a Bombylius.

Bombylius is a bee fly
This is a moth. Look at Grammia. Its hard to be sure since the wings aren't completely visible.
