Leafhopper 09.07.15 (2) - Erythroneura calycula
Chantilly, Fairfax County, Virginia, USA
July 15, 2009
Attracted to light at night. My best guess is Three-banded leafhopper (Erythroneura tricincta)

Thanks, Dr. Hamilton!
Moved from Leafhoppers.

Erythroneura calyculata
The U-shaped black mark on the thorax is distinctive.
