Used chrysalis case - Papilio zelicaon

Size: 1 3/8 in. (3.5 cm)
Constructed on a piece of window screen by the caterpillar that became this butterfly . After eclosion, each side has a straight slit from the front (head) end to the silk thread that supported the chrysalis during the pupa stage.
