I found the ID for this guy on the Bugguide site. I hadn't seen this before until this past month, and I ran across 2 of them in my house. At first I thought they were covered with dust, but it appears it's a more lasting material. Pretty neat.

Immature Masked Hunters in Toronto??
I am pretty sure I have found these in my old apartment and in my current home in Toronto, Ontario. Is this possible? If so, what are they and what do they eat etc...?

Yes it is very possible they are now widespread in North America. They mainly feed on woodlice, lacewings, earwigs and bedbugs.

The picture you took is actually at nymph stage!
