Publilia concava
We saw those at the Heritage Bioblitz 2008 and I think 2009. I thought they are Publilia concava, but I am not a specialist. Here is the Bugguide website for their information. http://bugguide.net/node/view/10012

The ant is a Lasius sp.,
probably the very abundant L. neoniger.
