Our tomato plants are suddenly covered with these beetles. They are eating everything in sight! Please help me ID them.

At the very least I can say
At the very least I can say Genus Epicauta, but I really don't know enough about the Genus to go accurately past that. There are a few that look similar to the one you have here. Take a look at the ones here in the Guide and see what you think. Oh, and by the way nice picture.
