Thread-legged Bug? - Emesaya brevipennis

Size: about 1.5 inches
I at first thought this was a small Walking-stick and was surprised when it took flight. It flew several times, each slow and brief, almost seeming to float through the air.

My best guess on this would be Emesaya. Can anyone confirm?
