Can't find a match in CL Staines 'Hispine Beetles'

Pentispa suturalis (Baly)
Looks like my specimens of Pentispa suturalis (Baly). I was lucky enough to have gotten to Arizona for the first time this May and collected several species of this group. Your specimen looks just like the one figured in Staines book, but his book has figure 61 miss labeled as Pentispa mor*io (Fabricius). It is a somewhat difficult group because the characters used in his keys are confusing.

I thought fits best, except that the decription says that the elytra are mainly black...
I did find them on Seep Willow (Baccharis sp) which is described as the host.

Looks related to Microrhopala Vittata
Lots of beetles on golden rod

 
M. vittata is an eastern sp.
we havw M. rubrolineata here, but that one is black with thin red lines.
