Has to be a membracid with that drawn-out pronotum....

Microcentrus caryae
One of only 4 treehopper species in our fauna without a posterior pronotal process - the others are M. perditus (with earlike lobes) and Aetalion spp: A. quadratum (from Florida) and A. nervosopunctatum (from AZ).
