Size: 20mm
This is one of the few Laphria species that one can see in the fall. Mostly they are a spring genus. But this species can be seen from September to November. This one was in open woods and limestone glade area. Note the yellow leg hairs over the front two legs and the very fine appearing hair. Also the black abdomen with hairless areas.
