Another home invasion - Stegobium paniceum

Another home invasion - Stegobium paniceum
Natchitoches Parish, Louisiana, USA
August 15, 2009
Size: 1.5 - 2 mm
Two species (or sizes) of beetles were coming into the house from inside the walls. The other species is posted as well. Any help with id would be great. Thanks in advance.

Anobiidae.
Either the "cigarette beetle" or the "drugstore beetle," both being well-known "stored product pests." Find the infested item and discard it. Store vulnerable foodstuffs (including dry pet food) in glass or metal containers with tight-fitting lids.

Cool.
I didn't know about that difference, but I see it now. Thanks!
