Spider or Tarantula - Kukulcania

This was on the wall in the Shipping & Receiving. I want to say it's a Tarantula. We have seen some smaller ones that look the same.

Not tarantula
Tarantulas are spiders, though, just really primitive ones. This is a female crevice weaver, family Filistatidae.
