Eudiagogus rosenschoeldi?
Just a guess based on similar appearance, but looks like one of the Sesbania clown weevils. Not sure of the distribution though... please wait for an expert to confirm my hunch.

I would agree since it is lac
I would agree since it is lacking the transversal band. I found what seems to be Eudiagogus maryae in Seminole County Florida, but it has the Transversal band.
