Size: 3.5 to 4 inches long
it flaps its wings fast like a humming bird and has a very long tube from its mouth about 3.5 inches long and with wing span about 5 inches wide. photo was shot at night in my flower garden at first i thought it was a humming bird as it is about the same size and the wings flap at a very fast speed like one. This Image was captured using a Nikon D70s with a 18 to 55 mm lens.
