Was it alive?
Maybe Dolichopodidae (Longlegged Flies) killed by a fungus?

I don't believe it was. I moved the leaf and the fly didn't move. There appeared to be white fungus on it. My other post

was also on that leaf appeared to be white fungus on it as well.
