Scarlet Lily Beetle eggs - Lilioceris lilii

Scarlet Lily Beetle eggs - Lilioceris lilii
Hollis, Hillsborough County, New Hampshire, USA
July 25, 2005
I honestly don't know what laid these eggs, but I suspect it was a Scarlet Lily Beetle. What else would lay eggs on a true lily that was crawling with larval and adult Lilocercus lilii? This image was cropped from the same photo as the accompanying larva image.

Ah yes, likely confirmation!
I googled for eggs of this species and found an image of very similar eggs IDed as Lilioceris lilii here.
