Not stratiomyid
This is not a stratiomyid...it is family Xylophagidae, and is in the genus Dialysis

Neither one of them!
Because it is a Stratiomyiidae in the genus Ptecticus!
There are allready some pictures in the guide I think, so you can compare them with yours!

This doesn't resemble what I am used to thinking Ptecticus looks like. Hmmm.
