False widow
This looks like a male "false widow" in the genus Steatoda. Very common, totally harmless. Male spiders of nearly every species roam in search of mates, especially at this time of year, sometimes wandering indoors by mistake.

Which one is the false widow? I was originally thinking a linyphiid, but I think that maybe you are right. I am just not sure which one.(Even though it somehow looks familiar.)
