More developed venation rules
More developed venation rules out Hyptia in the least, and it doesn't appear to be Evania appendigaster. It's possible this is either Prosevania or Evaniella. Regrettably I'm not recognizing the plant - is there any chance would you know how wide one of those leaflets is to get an idea of the size?

I cannot recall...
My best guesses are Albizia julibrissin or Chamaecrista fascicularis (in order of likelihood.)

I am usually good about recording the plants I observe but didn't take note in this case.

If Persian Silk Tree, the leaflets are 8–13 mm long and 1.5–4 mm across.

If Patridge Pea, the leaflets are 2/3" long and 1/3" across.

Maybe

Can't be sure of genus.
