Not Efferia
Not Efferia unless his claspers broke off. Have no idea what this particular one is, but it is very distinctive if it hasn't become worn with age....

 
He appeared to be in pretty g
He appeared to be in pretty good condition, so the claspers probably weren't broken off. It remains a mystery! I didn't collect it, so I can't try keying it out.
