Euspilotus-Geomysaprinus
Geomysaprinus so (with the prosternal character desription) is the right ID. I couldn't see the carinal striae well in the image, prosternus looked to me more like Euspilotus-type. General body shape and habitat (very few Euspilotus are burrow-dwellers) is for Geomysaprinus. Again, the species name is a big question, something near castanipenniss (???)

question with that genus
According to Bousquet's keys, in order to get to
Euspilotus
the carinal stria and lateral stria on the prosternum have to be united or carinal stria has to end in apical fovea. This species has the carinal stria ending well before the fovea, and never coming in contact with the lateral stria. In this case it leads me to
Geomysaprinus
...Unfortunately those characters are not showing up well in the photo..
