Moved from ID Request. Probably an unidentifiable Orthocladiinae, but those small eyes are odd.

Probably an unidentifiable Orthocladiinae
To me the eyes look about the same size as in this this photo. The eye bases are also covered with what looks like hairs making them look smaller since they are a contrasting color.
