It looks like the only other
It looks like the only other possibility in your area would be Delaware Skipper (Anatrytone logan). The orange visible on the face suggests E. arpa, but I can't see it well enough at this angle to rule out Delaware, based on photos from PA and IL. (where Euphyes arpa doesn't occur).

I took a pic recently of a very similar skipper : http://bugguide.net/node/view/328738 . It hasn't been identified as of yet .. Nice images .
