lacewing or snakefly - Agulla - female

lacewing or snakefly - Agulla - Female
Soda Springs, Placer County, California, USA
August 3, 2009
Size: about 3cm
found near a lake at about 7000' in the Sierras; initially suspected it was a lacewing, but in searching thru the Guide, it looks more specifically like it might be a snakefly (Raphidiidae)? Any help?
