Looks like it's a Tussock or Tiger moth caterpillar from the info?

Oops
Lophocampa, not Lophocampha. Enter "Lophocampa maculata" in the Search function and you will see adults aplenty.

I agree with the L. maculata
I agree with the L. maculata ID, though I'm not an expert either. It's setae ('hairs') should be absolutely harmless.

Lophocampha maculata?
Just a guess, plz wait for a proper lepidopterist. No idea whether it has urticating spines or not.
