Lateral views are very useful with colorful larvae like this one - exactly which segments and tubercles are which color is important, and the ones along the side can be the key to ID.

I've got this larva bookmarked, I'll definitely keep working on it.

The ones from more-or-less behind are also useful, and in one of the anterior shots there's a glimpse of the antennae - which are clearly not huge in these little larvae, but getting some sense of the shape, size & color can help.

I'm very intrigued by this creature!
