cobweb skipper?

These two images are probably not the same specimen, but I'm assuming same species. There were a bunch of them flying around together, and I got the shots I could, not being able to keep track of individual butterflies.

Skipper
It looks like a female Sachem to me. Sachems are one of the most common skippers.
