Florida Predatory Stink Bug with prey - Euthyrhynchus floridanus

Florida Predatory Stink Bug with prey - Euthyrhynchus floridanus
Newport News, Virginia, USA
September 28, 2005
Size: Approx. 3/4" - 1"
Dining on a bumblebee. I've seen this stink bug capture 2 bees over the past several days on goldenrods (which the bees frequent).

Very nice action shot
- and apparently nothing else resembles this one, so I think you can safely move it to the guide.
